We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and therefore we offer a 30-day returns policy for any unwanted and unused items that are still within their original packaging. Please be aware that in this instance the customer must cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.
We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

OUR RETURNS POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Items will be inspected upon return before issuing a refund.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and refuse the return.
- Please return items with a cover letter.
- Please retain your proof of postage.
- For faulty products, we will refund the return shipping cost upon inspection.
- We will also refund the shipping if an incorrect item has been sent to you.
