Another year, another Certificate of Excellence received from Trip Advisor. We wouldn’t be able to achieve this prestigious award out the support of our lovely customers!

We are so proud to have been awarded the 2019 Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor! It is a testimony to the consistent hard work and attention to detail of all of our staff in making every visitor and Customer welcome and striving to help them enjoy a great day out. We would like to take this opportunity to share our thanks to every one of our customers, of whom help us stay motivated to maintain such high levels of customer service year in, year out.

This year marks our fifth consecutive year for receiving the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence; earning us a spot in the trip advisor “Hall of Fame”. We are STOKED to say the least!

WE ARE OPEN!

After this month's lockdown we are finally able to move back towards a new norm, meaning we are able to run our hire operation again.

We are thrilled to be able to hire to groups of 6 people, with the need for only 1 of you to enter the store at any one time to abide by the new rules.

All of our routes will be available as usual, however we recommend you call ahead if you plan on stopping off at a pub just to ensure they are happy to accommodate your group.

Regardless, we look forward to restarting our covid safe bike hire operation which we were able to successfully uphold throughout summer. We are really excited to see you all back out enjoying the winter sun and discovering the New Forest trails
